Today , I have to consult with Dr. Manoj for my abdomen case. But i have also appointment with Dr SK Gupta. After meet Gupta, i reach reception and asked to staff for my appointment with Dr. Manoj but they said go inside (Reception) and take from them. When i go inside they said me go main reception, they will book your appointment. I go again and they said no you have to go back we didn’t to appoint for Dr Manoj.
I kept doing this for about 10 minutes. 1st reception 2nd reception, again 1st reception 2nd reception. At the end i decide to go and out from this wrost hospital. I said to staff i will complain to SK Gupta and one of staff member (may be Ankush or Anush I didn’t remember now) said me go and do I don’t care.
ALSO DR GUPTA HAVE 0 PATIENCE TO GAVING 2 MINUTES ON PATIENT.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE , WILL NEVER VISIT TO THIS HOSPITAL.
Staff is busy on there personal calls
if we are asking something they just told go here and there
Just wasting of time and money by visiting there
